- Microneedling £130 – 60 min. – Micro skin needling (also known as “collagen induction therapy”, “micro needling” or just “skin needling”) has been used by dermatologists to treat facial issues for decades.This works to stimulate the production of collagen within the skin when it perceives a ‘micro injury’ that needs fixing. This collagen can help fill in the fine lines on your face and plump the skin to give you a more youthful and even look.
- Skin Peel + Mesotherapy £130—60 min- Mild Chemical peel is performed to remove dead skin cells and speed up the cell turnover followed by Mesotherapy that delivers a tailored cocktail of nutrients such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids through a state-of-the-art power injector to ensure a virtually pain-free experience. AFTER CARE
During the treatment you may experience a tingling, prickly or stinging sensation and your skin may turn red. This will fade following treatment but you should tell your advanced non-medical aesthetic practitioner about the sensations you experience during treatment.
Immediately following treatment your skin my feel tight, sensitive or dry. You may also experience mild erythema (redness), and light flaking and mild peeling of the skin may occur within a few days. It is also possible to experience some breakouts depending on your skin type. Flaking skin must not be scratched, picked or pulled and exfoliant use must be avoided.
Your active involvement before, during and after treatment will establish the treatment outcome. It is vital that you adhere to the pre-treatment skincare regime and homecare protocols as instructed by your advanced non-medical aesthetic practitioner.
In order to achieve the best results possible it is important that you read and understand the following instructions. Your advanced non-medical aesthetic practitioner will discuss the required post-treatment protocols with you following treatment; these instructions must be adhered to as advised by your advanced non-medical aesthetic practitioner. Booking your treatment means that you agree and fully understand the written advice on that page.
- Your advanced non-medical aesthetic practitioner will advise you of the expected treatment recovery time and skin response.
- Immediately following treatment it is essential that you apply a broad spectrum physical sunscreen (minimum SPF30). This must be reapplied at 2 hour intervals throughout the day to ensure maximum protection.
- Avoid direct sun exposure for 5-10 days following treatment. Direct sun exposure can lead to hyper-pigmentation.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours to prevent overheating/increased blood circulation.
- Avoid saunas, steam rooms etc. as excess heat can lead to discomfort, inflammation, irritation etc.
- Increase water intake to at least 8 glasses per day.
- Your skin may begin to flake following treatment – DO NOT PICK OR PEEL LOOSE SKIN.
- Avoid the use of exfoliating products for at least 5 days.
- Avoid waxing/hair removal in treatment area for 14 days.
- Avoid the use of flannels and/or sponges to apply cleansing products.
- Use post-treatment products as instructed by your advanced non-medical aesthetic practitioner.
- Your advanced non-medical aesthetic practitioner will advise you of ongoing treatment recommendations and suitable treatments which may be used in conjunction with skin peeling treatment.
